Vaping Webinar for Club Officials and Coaches

Vaping is a growing health concern, especially among young people, and community sporting clubs have an important role to play in addressing it. To help local clubs tackle this urgent issue, the Alcohol and Drug Foundation, in partnership with VicHealth and local councils across Victoria, has created a free, on-demand vaping webinar tailored specifically for club officials and coaches.

Golden Plains Shire clubs play a vital role in supporting the physical and mental wellbeing of their players, members and the local community.

Alcohol and Vaping in Community Sport Workshops

The City of Ballarat and the Alcohol & Drug Foundation are hosting free Alcohol and Vaping in Community Sport Workshops for coaches and club volunteers on Tuesday 25th March and Wednesday 2nd April in Ballarat. These workshops will cover three key topics, including the opportunity for participants to earn a nationally accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

Regional Racquet Sport Roadshow

Sports Central is excited to deliver a Governance Workshop as part of the Regional Racquet Sport Roadshow in Ballarat on Saturday 15th March.
