Introducing Coaches and Leaders Circle — a new initiative designed to connect, elevate, and equip female leaders in sport across our community.
The program is designed to support female coaches and leaders in sport across the Central Highlands to grow in confidence, leadership, and impact. Through access to education workshops, networking opportunities and mentoring, women will have the opportunity to share their voices, and create lasting impact within their club, sport, and in their local communities.
Coaches and Leaders Circle is a unique, forward-thinking program that supports women in sport leadership. Whether you’re a coach, administrator, mentor, or emerging leader, this is your space to grow, connect, and lead with confidence.
What to expect when you sign up for the program:
- Networking events to meet other like-minded females in coaching / leadership
- Practical workshops focused on leadership principles, confidence and skill development
- A high-energy launch event with inspiring guest speakers who are leading the way in sport
Designed and led by experienced local women from different sports, the program will address the unique and real barriers that women face in our community.
