Set The Standard aims to connect coaches and club leaders across Victoria to practical tools, free resources and provide access to subsidised anti-racism training to help build healthier, more welcoming and culturally safe sporting environments.

Sometimes they just need practical tools and the confidence to know where to start.
That’s where anti-racism training comes in.
These workshops are designed to support coaches and club leaders to recognise racism, respond appropriately when it happens, and build club cultures where everyone feels safe to participate.
