Alcohol Management
An initiative of the Alcohol and Drug Foundation, Good Sports features a three-level accreditation system, providing alcohol management standards for clubs. Through the Good Sports program, Sports Central also facilitates Responsible Service of Alcohol Courses and Club Liquor Licensing Seminars.

Child Safe Standards
Utilising Vicsport resources, Sports Central can support clubs and associations to implement the Victorian Child Safe Standards. The Victorian Child Safe Standards now apply to all sporting organisations that provide services or facilities to children within Victoria.

Communities of Respect and Equality (CoRE) Membership
Sports Central encourages all sporting and active recreation organisations to consider becoming a member of CoRE. An initiative of Women’s Health Grampians, CoRE is a partnership of organisations, businesses, clubs, groups and networks from across the Grampians Region that share a vision for safe, equal and respectful communities.
