The Regional Community Sports Infrastructure Fund is a competitive Victorian Government investment program, open to Victorian rural and regional Local Government Authorities and Alpine Resorts Victoria.
Backed by the Victorian Government’s $2 billion Regional Package, the Fund aims to deliver new and upgraded community sports infrastructure across five streams:
Applicants to any infrastructure stream may also apply for a grant of up to $50,000 for All Abilities Participation initiative funding to conduct participation programs for people with disability at the funded facility.
Local clubs and organisations are advised to contact their Local Government Authority if they wish to express interest, seek support or be involved as a partner in an application to the Fund.

Sports Central, in partnership with Golden Plains Shire Council and Moorabool Shire Council, is delivering a free Club Development Workshop Series designed to strengthen community sporting clubs across the region. This series provides practical, hands-on learning opportunities for committee members, volunteers, coaches and emerging leaders, with a focus on leadership, governance, inclusion and sustainable club development.
Set The Standard is a VicHealth initiative supporting club leaders across Victoria with practical tools to prevent and reduce racism and promote more welcoming environments. To grow the campaign across Victoria, Set The Standard is running a limited-time mailing list promotion from 18 May to 14 June.
