The Western Bulldogs Community Foundation in partnership with the City of Ballarat is excited to bring Daughters of the West back for another season! The free health and wellbeing initiative designed for women aged 18 and over offers a unique blend of education, social connection and physical activity.

Program Highlights:

  • Free of Charge: The 10 week program is completely free, making it accessible to everyone.
  • Choice of times and venue: Sessions offered in either Wendouree (daytime) or Sebastopol (evening).
  • Suited for All: Whether you’re just starting your health journey or looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle, Daughters of the West is designed for participants of all backgrounds and abilities.
  • Expert-Led Sessions: Engage with local health experts covering nutrition, mental fitness, and more.
  • Community Connection: Build lasting connections with others in your community through group activities and discussions.
  • Active Living: Enjoy exercise sessions suited to your individual abilities.

 Key Dates, times and venues:

  • Wendouree Neighbourhood Centre, 12 Holly Grove, Wendouree – Tuesday mornings (10.30am-12.30pm) starting 16th July
  • Sebastopol – Phoenix P-12 Community College – Wednesday evenings (7.00pm – 9.00pm) starting 17th July
