All men, but especially those in leadership roles and positions of power can play a significant part in the structural and culture change needed to end the sexism and disrespect towards women that leads to violence.
This workshop is not a presentation—it’s a conversation.
Join the team from Women’s Health Grampians for a thought-provoking discussion on how male sporting leaders can play a vital role in preventing violence against women within their clubs and communities. We will share practical tips, explore what’s working (and what’s not), and workshop ideas that could work for you.

Let’s make a team effort to end violence against women, starting with leadership in sport!
The Victorian Government’s Get Active Kids Voucher Program is now open, offering up to $200 per child to help eligible Victorian families cover the costs of organised sport and active recreation activities. Designed to reduce financial barriers and encourage children and young people to get involved, the program supports both those returning to sport and those trying something new.
The Victorian Government’s Sporting Club Grants Program is now open, offering funding to help community sport and active recreation organisations grow and thrive. With grants available across five categories, the program supports grassroots clubs to reduce participation barriers, strengthen skills, and build active, connected local communities.
