Sports Central are hosting free online Money Matters – Finance in Community Sport Webinars tailored to meet the needs of our community sporting organisations, with a focus on financial management and generating income during COVID-19.
The key topics to be covered in financial management include budgeting and reporting, and going cashless, whilst in generating income we will look at membership fee structures, sponsorship, grants and event fundraising.
Our guest presenter will be Paul Rogan – Director at RSM Australia Pty Ltd, Board Member of the Central Highlands Football League, Board Member of Sports Central and former Treasurer at the Learmonth Football Club.

With grants available across five categories, the program supports grassroots clubs to reduce participation barriers, strengthen skills, and build active, connected local communities.
