Carers are encouraged to join a newly formed walk and talk support group. Held each Thursday morning in Bannockburn, the group is aimed at improving health and well-being whilst creating a supportive environment for like-minded people.
Supported by Golden Plains Shire in partnership with Sports Central, Leisure Networks, Parks Victoria and VicHealth, this group is aimed at carers living in Golden Plains who provide unpaid care and support to family members and friends with a disability.
