Love golf or want to give it a go? Come and join the Special Olympics Ballarat Golf Program, a fun and inclusive initiative for people with an intellectual disability and/or autism. It’s a fantastic way to learn new skills, stay active, build confidence and make new friends, all in a welcoming and supportive environment.

The program is led by Andrew Cartledge, PGA of Australia Professional and founder of the Ballarat Junior Golf Academy. An award-winning coach, Andrew is passionate about helping players develop both golf and life skills.

Who can join?
The program is open to anyone aged 8 and over with an intellectual disability and/or autism. While designed for Special Olympics Ballarat athletes, participants are welcome to attend, with the option of registering with the club in the future.

Mt Xavier Golf Club – Fortune Street, Ballarat East
Dates: Saturday 14th March, Saturday 21st March, Saturday 28th March, Saturday 2nd May, Saturday 9th May
Time: 3:00pm
Cost: $60 for the five-week program
