The program provides financial assistance to eligible Victorian children and young people, helping families cover the costs of sport and active recreation activities. By reducing the financial barrier to participation, the program encourages children to either re-engage with or try new activities for the first time.
Since 2020, the program has been instrumental in supporting families experiencing financial pressures. Each voucher is valued up to $200 per child and can be used to cover eligible costs such as membership and registration fees for organised sports and recreational activities.
