Grants of up to $250,000 are available to deliver infrastructure projects that include the redevelopment and construction of new ovals and netball courts, installation of sports lighting, and construction of new and redevelopment of existing pavilions, including gender-neutral change rooms.
There’s also a strong focus on supporting clubs that recently experienced hardship such as loss due to impacts from recent bushfires, socio-economic disadvantage or other economic challenges.
Local clubs and organisations are advised to contact their Local Government Authority if they wish to express interest and seek support from the Program.

Sports Central, in partnership with Golden Plains Shire Council and Moorabool Shire Council, is delivering a free Club Development Workshop Series designed to strengthen community sporting clubs across the region. This series provides practical, hands-on learning opportunities for committee members, volunteers, coaches and emerging leaders, with a focus on leadership, governance, inclusion and sustainable club development.
