Sports Central is pleased to be partnering with Golden Plains Shire Council and Harwood Andrews to present a Governance & Incorporated Association Training Session.
Good Governance allows community clubs to keep their sport safe and inclusive, as well as maintaining strong operational processes to ensure the club is sustainable into the future.
The session will cover:
- Rules of an Incorporated Association
- Model Rules vs Own Rules
- Good Governance at Committee Level – Position descriptions and effective meetings
- Managing risk
