Introducing Coaches and Leaders Circle — a new initiative designed to connect, elevate, and equip female leaders in sport across our community.
This program was created out of both inspiration and necessity. We envisioned a space where women and gender diverse people – across ages, backgrounds, and experiences, can come together to develop their leadership potential, grow their confidence, and step into coaching roles in our communities.
For too long, we’ve seen a gap in representation – particularly when it comes to leadership and coaching roles that shape our community and influence future generations. Despite the immense talent and passion we know exists, we continue to face barriers in accessing leadership opportunities, professional development, and the networks that make growth possible.
Coaches and Leaders Circle is a unique, forward-thinking program that supports women in sport leadership. Whether you’re a coach, administrator, mentor, or emerging leader, this is your space to grow, connect, and lead with confidence.
What to expect when you sign up for the program:
- Networking events to meet other like-minded females in coaching / leadership
- Practical workshops focused on leadership principles, confidence and skill development
- A high-energy launch event with inspiring guest speakers who are leading the way in sport
Designed and led by experienced local women from different sports, the program will address the unique and real barriers that women face in our community.
