As a part of the Active Golden Plains initiative, Golden Plains Shire and Sports Central are proud to offer four-week free cardio drumming programs in Rokewood and Dereel, with the sessions presented by Curtain Call Performing Arts Studios.
Cardio drumming brings together drumsticks and an exercise ball to create a highly enjoyable workout.
