Sovereign City CrossFit

Sovereign City CrossFit are able to support people with disability to get active.

They are able to support participants with disability in some classes and are mindful that not every child will be suited to working within a group. To ensure no one misses out they are able to offer one to one or small group personal training.

Recently they introduced CrossFit Kids group classes for Juniors (5-10 years old) Middles (11-16 years old). Classes are designed for children and their specific developmental needs based on the principle of Mechanics, then Consistency, then Intensity.  They are open to including children with disability and have a philosophy of keeping groups sizes smaller so they can focus more on each individual.

NDIS participants who are plan or self-managed can use core support funding.
