Daughters of the West

The Daughters of the West will be kicking off in Ballarat in August and registrations are now open!

What is the Daughters of the West program?
The Daughters of the West is a FREE health program for all women aged 18 and over living, working and recreating in Victoria’s West.  It is a ten-week program designed to give women the tools to lead a healthy life.  The Daughters of the West program will be a safe and inclusive space in which women can reflect and share stories with each other.  Throughout the ten weeks, you will hear from a range of health experts who will interactively discuss topics such as nutrition, mental health, respectful relationships, physical activity and healthcare screenings.

There will also be time each week for you to put your runners on, get active and have some fun! Qualified professionals will be there to make sure that there is support available for women of all fitness levels.

If you’re looking for an opportunity to pick up some handy tips to improve your health, meet other women in the community, have some fun and a few laughs while you’re at it, then come along and try the 2019 Daughters of the West program in Ballarat.

What is day and time will the program run in Ballarat?
