Ballarat Cricket Association – Girls Cricket Hub
The Ballarat Cricket Association is preparing to launch its female only programs for the 2017/18 season.
Once again the association will host Girls Only Milo In2CRICKET, T20 BLAST and a Girls Only Competition. The Ballarat Cricket Association is excited to announce the establishment of the ‘Female Cricket Hub’, with all three programs running out of Victoria Park (ovals 1-5) in Ballarat at the one time. All programs will commence Friday the 27th of October at 5pm. Expect an exciting atmosphere, complete with music, dancing and the opportunity to participate in the game with new and existing friends!
Girls Only Milo In2CRICKET
The Ballarat Cricket Association will once again offer the Cricket Victoria introductory program Milo In2CRICKET program specifically for girls. The program is designed for 5 to 8 years olds and is a fast, fun and active program that emphasises maximum participation, basic motor and cricket skill development.
Girls Only Milo T20 BLAST
The Ballarat Cricket Association will be offering a MILO T20 Blast program specifically for girls. The program is designed for 7 to 12 year olds. It is a super fun, social and safe. The program is much shorter than traditional cricket, with a maximum of 90 minutes playing time. All the equipment is supplied and there will be an exciting atmosphere.

Girls Only Competition
After a tremendous inaugural year of the competition, this competition will once again be offered throughout the 2017/18 Ballarat Cricket Association season. This year the season will be extended out to 12 weeks, with both a spring (before Christmas, commencing the 27th of October) and summer (after Christmas, returning the 2nd of February) seasons. The competition is suited for girls aged 10 to 14 years of age. The format of the competition has been designed to maximise participation and enjoyment for all participants.
